Dr. Martin (and staff) have been taking great care of our family pets for the past 25 years. Customer care is always good. The staff here has always been kind and compassionate. From vaccines and every day care, to promptly getting your pet in in an emergency, and all the way through helping your baby cross the rainbow bridge there is no other place in Cortland that I would recommend more.

Really inconvenient they call an hr before your appointment and tells you that they have to reschedule due to emergency then schedule another week out after already waiting a week when there is 2 doctors there which you would think they would squeeze you in somewhere seeing if you cancelled that day and an hr before time you would be penalized for it never again
