“This store has come a long way in the last year or so. It used to be a mess, disorganized with lots of missing basic parts and fittings, but it's much better now. There is a guy Keith working there who is knowledgeable. They have a lot in stock and the prices on things like fittings or pipe are very often 30-50% less than Lowes. They also beat Lowes on blown in cellulose insulation. We are building a house and have gotten quite a bit from this HEP.”

“Cannot say enough good things about Shaun and his team at Home Outlet in Cortland. Shaun created the kitchen design and made the most out of the space we had to work with. Cabinets, hardware and countertops are all from Home Outlet. The bathroom cabinet, integrated countertop, hardware, lighted mirrors and flooring are also all from the Home Outlet. Building during a pandemic was a challenge. Shaun and his team helped ease the stress tremendously. I highly recommend this store.”
