Great auto service. Very friendly staff. Called for car inspection, they got me in/out. They even replaced my bulb for my license plate! Never even knew I needed one! They are my new Mechanics! I recommend them to anyone! Talk to Jeff, he's knowledgeable and will help you out!

My daughter is a full time student at SUNY Cortland and works nearly full time as a waitress so she needs a working vehicle. She went to JAX a couple of years ago for service and she was treated fairly and received professional service. More recently she had serious issues with her vehicle which had lost compression in one of the cylinders. After a complete tear down, machine work on the cylinder head etc. she is back in business. So nice to have competent and trustworthy service professional. Thank you JAX!

Stopped at JAX Service Center. Had trouble with trans. not shifting into 4,5 and reverse. We will look at it. Short time later Jax called, Frank it's not Trans, its motor mount. All sead and done, FIXED. GREAT JOB by JAX with HONESTY.

Got our brakes done. Excellent job! Will go here again even though its far away. Honest, high quality work, is worth it. Brakes are not a thing to go cheap on.
