Absolutely horrible work and even less work ethic or responsibility for their actions. I’ve never dealt with such a horrible service department or business owners in my life. 2014 superduty came in needing a 6 hour job “turbo replacment “ they ended up dropping a tray of nuts and bolts in my motor and having to pull the cab off it. They had the truck a total of 8 and a half weeks. Now it leaks power steering fluid and antifreeze The front marker light don’t work after they pulled the headlights out of it. The truck looks like it had a plow on the truck and some redneck slapped the bumper back on it and said good enough. Damaged hoses that were too short after being cut back and adding a too large hose clamp and expecting it to be ok. Absolutely horrible place to deal with and they take no responsibility for anything wrong with the truck that they caused. Antifreeze pooled on top of the valley of the motor is not acceptable running down the back of the transmission . Ratchet strap thru my back doors left ripples in the doors. Wires left dangling with their clips broken and pulled apart It’s Its I sane that they are still in business. Absolutely horrible place to deal with and even worse in the non chalant attitude by the owners that it’s okay to keep someone’s truck for almost 9 weeks and then give it back leaking fluids and all kinds of other issues. Definitely not a ford standard of service.

I just had an oil change, tire rotation & inspection. I opted to use the valet service. It was very convenient & went very smoothly. We were kept informed every step of the way. I would definitely use it again. Thank you Kevin & Jesse -

I'd like to share a negative experience with the Service Department, while generally I have an okay experience (my car is fixed decently... I think...), the service department front end lacks communication about anything that goes on with your vehicle.
Brief backstory: I've owned my car for 3-4 years now. I had a working glove box light when I first got it, and eventually noticed it stopped working. I never got around to fixing it until just recently, it looks like somebody had mangled the wires to the damper switch that controlled the little glove box light. I fixed it myself with a new wire and some solder very recently, it wasn't too big of a deal. I figured a mechanic shop somewhere did it. I wont place that specific incidents blame on Dovi because Oshea Tire (across the road) had mangled my damper a while ago, where the sprocket that "dampens" the glovebox from dropping hard was laying on the ground when I went to get my car back from them. The wires were already broken before taking it to Oshea though.
My service at Dovi was for a trans drain/fill, and I figured while I was there, they could replace the cabin and main air filters since they SHOULD have been checking the whole car over anyway for preventative maintenance, and I know those items needed to be replaced. I've replaced them both myself, and I would have, but I figured I would just pay premium for ford-parts and not have to stop at AutoZone or somewhere for a convenience standpoint.
Long story short, I popped the glovebox down myself just before going into drop my car off, I placed the note in the glovebox (as seen in the photos) RIGHT INFRONT OF THE CABIN AIRFILTER DOOR I WAS POINTING TOO, I disconnected the damper from the side of the glovebox where the mechanics should be disconnecting it anyway and left the damper in place (knowing full and well I SHOULD have just taken the damper fully out of the socket so the messy mechanic couldn't even touch it at all). For some reason these garages seem to think you have to pry apart the damper, but as I said the glovebox was already disconnected from the damper and opened so that the mechanic could just open the little cover and pull out the air filter replacing it with a new one. In the photo of me pointing, that little flap door opens, and that is where the cabin air filter goes, easily accessible, and nowhere close to the damper.
When I went back to pick up my car, the guy who sits in a chair at the computer calls me over, drops my paper at the window to pay, and says nothing else to me (this is a usual thing with these guys anyway). I get back out to my car, to find the damper not even connected to the box as per asked in the note, but the damper completely reversed as well. In the photo of the wires, I electrical taped for now, you don't see the switch part on the damper, because it was corrected (by me) to be facing the engine. The mechanic put the damper together incorrectly. He should not have had to even touch the damper, let alone to pry it apart, except to connect the one hook to the side of the glovebox as shown in the photos.
I stormed back inside, and asked the gentlemen to come right outside, and the other guy who stands mostly at the front said, "Did you tell him about the glovebox." They were hesitant about even coming outside, but I made them so I could show them, so they can show their idiot mechanics how the hell the glovebox fully opens on a 17' edge.
Upon getting home and fully reading the bill, I see they charged me $135 for labor under "cabin air filter." Thats absolutely insane. I will be mentioning this as well when I can get back in touch with them.
This was PURE carelessness. I made it as easy as possible for them.

Called for an appt. to have the Maverick inspected. Set up a date and time and told Dovi’s to call me when done. They called EARLY and was told the truck was done and I could pick it up anytime. Went in next day and receptionist was great. Paid and left and as always very satisfied with customer service at Dovi Motors.

Went in for an oil change, and said that I had to be somewhere else a bit later. They went above and beyond to make sure I got in and out and made it to my next appointment on time. Thank you!

Diesel truck towing a fifth wheel RV and lost power 750 miles from home. Tow company dropped RV at a campground they brought my truck to Dovi. Joshua was excellent, diagnose the problem, got the part and had me back on the road two hours after I showed up. Amazing service!
