Bought a nice Silverado. I was greeted on the lot by Cassidee and we discussed multiple models. She was knowledgeable and professional. We made a great deal and she completed the myriad of paperwork on a timely basis. With some help from staff we were able to complete the transaction quickly. Bravo !

I bought a 2019 Nissan pathfinder and absolutely fell in love with it! Ran into a problem with it and Shawn Malchak the owner came to where it was and picked it up to fix it right away! He also left me with a rental. It was fixed in one day and he even delivered the car back to my house! He also unlocked my fiancé’s truck, with no cost. On top of it everyone is really friendly and caring. We both highly recommend Cortland Used Cars to anyone!

From the day i was just looking online at vehicles Brooke reached out and showed trucks she had. Got a very nice Dodge Ram truck here and even though it was a hiccup at first with the beginning process everything went smoothly after that. I drove 3 hrs to get GMC 2016 truck… really worth to drive.. vehicle was few thousand $ cheaper then general market…
Team is very professional ( specially Cass) to do all paper work quickly and get it approved…

I've been looking at vehicles off and on for the last 2 years, every time I went in Mark was gray very kind cordial and knowledgeable about what I was looking for very patient as I looked through different vehicles and didn't buy and then when I did buy one it was everything I wanted in a vehicle I highly recommend Cortland used cars and definitely work with Mark he'll get you taken care of quicker than anything
