The service was quick. The only issue I had was I asked the man on the phone if I could pay by credit card over the phone. He said that was fine and to give it to the driver when he calls to say car is delivered. But then, when the car was dropped off, the driver insisted I go in person with my card and I couldn't call it in. I had to get an uber to pay bill then an uber back. From ithaca to cortland and back. Was not happy about being told one thing and expected to do another. If I had a car I could drive, I wouldn't need a tow truck.....?♀️

Scammers. Quote one price, then charge over 5k more than the original quote. Cut straps on a load, without permission even though DOT said load was fine. Then charged to use his straps and to reload the truck. Scammer. Be careful

I had previously called another local company and was all set for towing in 3 days. I had an 8am garage appointment 1 hour away. I called day of towing to confirm again. I was assured by previous company I was set and they'd be towing my vehicle. They were suppose to pick my vehicle up the day before the appointment. 739am day of appointment they show up. Ah nope, told them go back home. Called Craig at CnY towing and he was at my house within 35 mins. Thank you Craig for your prompt attention. I appreciate everything you did, a couple stories on the way, and making this so much easier than the other company. Solid guy and did right by me. I'll be calling you for anything else!

My car broke down 6.7 miles from home. I decided to call for a tow and when I searched this company came up. I decided to give them a try. Wait time was not too bad. But as soon as I was asked if I was paying cash or card I knew there would be an issue by the response I got by the driver. My tow wasn't a hard one. I TRIED to make it easy for the driver. I even drove my car up the driveway. The car was dropped in front of my house. Then I asked the total. He said he was waiting for his boss. Went back to his truck then said 175. I decided to pay him in cash because I didn't have to pay tax. (WHAT THE DRIVER SAID) I didn't have change and gave him 180. The look on his face when I gave it to him bothered me. So the next morning I called and spoke with the owner I do believe. He told me he would check in to it and call me back. We'll it was later that night when I received a call back. He told me I should have been charged 125. And took my address. I told him I understand how a business is run and you guys need ro make money too. He insisted on refunding my 50. I have received nothing. I have emailed 2 times and no response. I'm a single mother trying to survive. I even gave an extra 5 which isn't much but it isn't about the money. I can't even get a response from anyone. I will not use this service ever again. And you should think twice about using them too.

The Price was very expensive for me, when my vehicle needed roadside assistance, it was $1500 from Page Green Road to CNY and the distance was about 8 miles. They sent two trucks.I don't know if this is a normal price, but it was too expensive for me. After asking others, the price for a tow truck from Syracuse to Florida was about $1100.When I asked the owner if he could provide details of the $1500 so that I can explain to others at the end, he refused to explain and threatened me.

Just called to ask for an estimate on help with my car. My friend did me the favor to call and I don’t know what kind of sad people work here but this guy response was to call my friend a “moron” when we were trying to figure out where the car got stuck since we are in an area we don’t know. These are a bunch of unprofessional people no wonder they have 3 star review on their website it’s for a reason! Avoid these disrespectful people. I wanted to call back and call them that but I was not going to stick to their level.
