My husband and I received a written price for a Power Flow Pump Housing of $59.90. This morning when he went to pick it up, they tell him they gave us the wrong price. Instead of making good on the quoted price they charged us the $100 and gave us a "discount". The manager stood right there and said nothing and did nothing. I'm sorry but the level of customer service is disappointing.

I have got my pool supplies here for years. I always hit the April sale and get my whole year supply of chemicals and an opening kit. I always have questions and the staff always helps me out.

Very displeased after paying over 400.00 for the happy bottom as the bottom is not smooth, a rock sticking up and there are footprint indents everywhere by the Cannon installers!

my pool pump quit and I went into the store to purchase one, they tell me they don't sell them. Next day I go in and oh yes they have one. Apparently the one employee couldn't be bothered.

After getting in the pool finally, finding spots that have rocks underneath the liner, and pump didnt have the metal coupler to ground pool. Not happy!!!!
