They have teens working and these kids have no social skills/no customer service skills whatsover. I sound like a karen but im only 23 and i am annoyed. I went looking for a cream and this teen came to open the glass door but it wouldn’t open. He muttered something but did not say he wont be able to unlock the plastic barrier at all. He left and I thought he’d return looking for the key but after 5 mins i grew inpatient and rang the bell again. If i had not rang the bell he would not have come back. He came back and said “i wont be able to give you that cream bcs we dont have the key. “ Like tf?? You coulda told me that 5 mins earlier. I could’ve gone to look for the cream at another store.

They take so long to attend someone I went in today and pressed the assistance button and no one came to help after 7 mins and the pharmacy sometimes doesnt even have ur prescription or doesnt have them ready and will keep asking you to come back. They are also rude

A good place to get things but the security has been amped up and there are locks/glass casings on a large portion of items, which is not a bad thing, except for the fact that this location is severely understaffed so you have to wait an extremely long time to get customer service to open the glass doors.

I don't understand why they have a phone number if it's gonna be disconnected. Sent my medication there by accident thinking they took my insurance. But now that I wanted to make the switch, they told me to have the other pharmacy call them, and now they're not picking up the phone, either for me or for the pharmacy.

I was complaining about a female worker name start with letter N and with turban. I was trying to picking up my online order and I need paper receipt. She said that all online order get email receipt. But I told her I did not set up email receipt for my account . She doesn’t want to help me to check out and also not allow other cashier check out for me . That is very easy just scan the barcode and paper receipt will print out , she doesn’t even want to try it . I can get paper receipt from other stores with my online order . I don’t know why she doesn’t want to help. Feeling very uncomfortable because she doesn’t even try to scan it , because she knows if she scan it for me the receipt will print out . Her behavior showing unprofessional and un -respect to customer.I am strong suggesting suspend she from her job and she need to be retaining .

Literally the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Always a line and never more than 1 person ringing up at the pharmacy. It’s the closest to me but I’m getting my meds filled elsewhere because this is insane. I’d rather drive 20 miles!

The security guy, I don't know why he's a pain, every time I go in to shop, he watches me as if he were going to steal, and I'm not a recent customer, rather he harasses me, it's always the same, and I've decided not to go to this Wallgreens anymore. , employees like these do everything possible to quit as a customer. Bye bye.

The asian guy working there at the photo section is just straight up rude, came around 2:30pm and I totally understand if he was overwhelmed but that doesn’t give him the right to yell at customers. He gave the girl in front of me so much attitude that she ended up leaving. If you don’t like your job, just quit and stop being miserable.

I was in the store at closing time today. There was a customer service assistant a young girl around 16 or 17 age. She was very rude and used slang words with us. I saw a box of Poland spring water which was on the U-boat, I asked her can I get two of those. She said you can't get it. Then I asked the manager, the manager told me to grab from the U-boat. She came back and screamed at us without any no reason. The manager was so nice, but we were not happy with her attitude. Very disappointed.

A large store with professional staff, located right outside a 7 stop so very convenient to access. Pharmacy provides the new COVID vaccine, flu shot and other vaccines with plenty of time slots available in the evening. There was a line but not too long.

Terrible customer service. Lines are always long, and there’s always only one cashier. Staffs look like kids and are always seen walking around talking amongst each other. Cosmetic sections is always empty as well!

The employees have no fault for being understaffed.The employees help as much as they can with what resources they have. It falls on Walgreens and not the employees.

I came 20 mins before they are listed to be closed and they wouldn’t let me in and they locked the doors. They didn’t want to open the doors even thought there was 20 mins left to close. The staff was very unprofessional and laughed at me when I asked them why they closed early.
