On December 24th I bought some undershirts along with other products, I could’t check it in the store, because it is not allowed and when I arrived at my house I checked and one came broken and trampled, when I realized it was already late to come back, so I came back on December 26 to change them and the manager tells me that I have to take it complete so that I can change it, I came back today with all my undershirts, in its original packaging, without use and the manager tells me that he is not going to change it. I am aware that on the receipt it says that they do not make exchanges and returns for undershirts but this case is different because my product was in poor condition. They are too dishonest and my product doesn't cost much but it's not fair that they sell products in poor condition and don't change it, be honest with your customers.
