ATMs always out of service. The lines are long with two people at the window. When there are literally employee sitting inside doing nothing. They never have money to give when you withdraw. It’s always something. I honestly continue to stay with them because there is no fee. If not I would’ve just closed my account. Too many issues with this bank.

Told me if I wanted to change information on my account like my email I'd have to go all the way to the branch where I opened my account! Yet over the phone I was told any branch can do that for you because it's the samething!

Horrible! Went to ask a question,didn't answer my question. Asked for my printed out statement then she did it so rudely. I'm hispanic ,and we are mostly nice but these people were super super rude . So disgusted.
