Worst auto body shop I’ve ever been to. Period.
They cut corners, install faulty parts, just to save themselves a bit of cash. They don’t care about the customer and were rude when I brought up my complaints.
DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely terrible store, if you are near this store, run the other direction. I had my car repaired here and the paint was so cheap that it wouldn't stand up to a year of normal weather. They used the cheapest aftermarket fenders that didn't line up properly and when I opened the door it scratched the fender and to top it off we agreed on a price! ! ! When I came to pick up the car I said what is this? ? ? The owner Amy told me not to complain, I gave you a great deal! ! ! The door molding is peeling off and the plastic on the fenders and quarter panel pattern is cracked so basically they put the old part back thinking it was under the hood and quarter panel you're a fool you won't Notice it... Pay attention! ! ! If you're going to deal with these people, be prepared! ! ! They will cut corners! ! And will fool you in a way that, trust me, you will have to go to another body shop and get it done right again! ! Just because these horrible people are sneaky, dishonest and soulless! ! ! Money is their main goal... nothing else matters...

They did a horrible job on my car, and didn’t deliver what they’ve promised. Not only that I got the car back with scratches, they did such a poor job and installed the cheapest off the market fender and didn’t align it correctly so it scrapes the door every time you open it. Also, they will agree with you on the price and later on will call you and ask for more money and will try to lie to you. On top of that, they will tell you that if you’re not willing to give them more money they will put the old parts back and that’s what happened. Now I have to look for another place to complete the job right. This is a ripoff and completely unacceptable, do yourself a favor and spare the visit!

Be warned. The place does subpar repairs!! Mismatched panels and inferior used or aftermarket parts that don't line up! Looked awful. They also don't honor prices and work agreed to upfront. They talk a good game to get your business but have ethics and do really bad work. STAY AWAY. They clearly have shills posting 5 star reviews. Nothing about the experience was 5 starts

I don’t ever leave reviews but I’m going to make an exception for this place. I worked for years at a dealership so I’m familiar with the industry and this is by far one of the poorest and most underhanded experiences I’ve seen.
To be fair - it was my friend that I gave a ride to when he was having his car fixed here that had the work done. But after seeing what they did I felt compelled to warn others about what you’re likely going to get here… They claimed they were giving him a good price. Now I understand why. Spend your time/money elsewhere.

Owner honest. The place looks legit. Got my bmw m850i gc repaired here after scrapping the back against parking lot column. Owner said 2-3 days, was done on time. Repair look spotless, like nothing happened

I was recommended to visit New Power Auto Body Repair and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The folks at this shop were able to replace the entire airbag unit, fix my horn, and the service was prompt.The communication was also good. Had some body work and painting done here. Can't even tell my car was damaged in the first place. Vincent is a great and honest guy. Would recommend to anyone
