Never had such an experience at any other location. I went for the 1st time to this location since it was near home. Needed a new phone but within a week the phone started giving me issues. Have been back to to the store 6 times, have called 4 times and I always get a different story. That the phone will arrive Monday, then in 2 days, then in 5 days, and the last time they didn't even gave me a date. They promised to call me back in 30 minutes and it's been 2 days. I feel they are taking me as a joke, they are not professional at all. Hoping I get the phone soon otherwise I will make a complaint. But I just know I will never return for another service .
