For years I ship to Ecuador, I have never had a delay, I am very grateful. From Ecuador to NY. I have not had package experience. ...but I think it is irresponsible that people bring food from Ecuador that is a risk to the health of all things decompose apart I think that is not allowed.

Terrible service from this agency, they are thieves. They sell you a service saying that the parcels arrive on a certain date and then they don't comply and one is going to complain because I'm paying for a service that they offer me and they don't comply and on top of that they yelled at me and almost didn't hit me what kind of people works there. These types of companies should be closed down. He has no notion of service culture.

Very bad attention!! They charge you for the package and they lie about the time of delivery. It didn't arrive when it was supposed to and now I have no one to pick up my package in Ecuador. They don't give a solution to anything. They just charge and charge. It's always the same. They charge priority so that it arrives sooner and it's a lie they only want to get money at any cost
