There was this older women with glasses and abt 4’5 ft tall that “lost” my mothers contact information, how unprofessional. I believe her name was Silvia or Sophia. It’s pretty obvious she has a preference on what race to help and whom to give a hard time. However there was this gentleman named Brian that was extremely helpful, he was patient and very thorough. This bank needs more people like him. Toss out the people that give people a hard time

The security guy always say the same no system does not let you go in to the counter by 4:00 clock always same story... the web say they close by 5:00 need update that Chase Bank they need a training the workers the think it's a McDonald's job

This branch is horrendous atm vestibule was made smaller and 1 atm taken out. Why if you have more customers now and you can't walk in and use the machine inside without going through security! Going to close out my account soon! The hell with you chase no mas!!

Terrible service, they should get another type of people trained in customer service... who provide good service. I went to ask them to change some of my coins but they behaved very badly, they told me they didn't have any and they looked like they had enough to be able to change. coins... and how is it possible to put a song that says that once a week you can change it, you as a bank have the obligation to change it, I'm not asking you for free, I'm just asking you to change it for me...

Terrible bank machines always not working and absolutely no help basically just messing with your money. Also never picks up the phone but you can see the employees talking to each other ignoring calls.

This is repeatedly the worst managed, staffed and operated chase bank. How they continue to operate like this is unbelievable. There's a line out the door every time and always 1 person at the window. Avoid this location if possible
