It's a nightmare to get in here most days at most times. Don't even get me started on what it's like on Saturdays. The lines are frequently out the door with many customers feeling the need to take up half of the indoor space with strollers, e-bikes, and scooters.
If you're going all the way inside to see a teller, it's just as bad, if not worse. In fact, the lines are so long that the company I worked for closed their Chase business account a few years ago because of how long I would have to wait in line to make a weekly cash deposit and get change for the store.
Every once in a while, you'll be able to get to a machine to make a deposit or withdrawal without a wait, but it's not often, and you can never predict what day or time is best. You just have to stop by and hope for the best.

I don’t know why they let people wait inside for so long they just block your way with their bikes/strollers. On top of them being noisy looking at you do your transactions.

It's a shame because before it was a good bank to serve its clients, now everything has changed. Bad attention . They do not serve you unless it is by appointment and to schedule an appointment there is 5 to 10 days later. I went for an emergency of losing money from my account and they did not want to assist me. I call the bank and they tell me that I have to go to a branch. At the branch they don't want to assist me after I make an appointment that would be in 10 days. Worst . ? very disappointed ?

The worst service, the bank representative, one with no education in dealing with customers, was yelling at the customers, a person like that does not become a job in a banking intention, I asked if I could talk to someone, she told me Noooo, yelling, I should put a person more qualified for that job,,,,' Poorly Educated

I visited the bank to ask some questions related to my account, they helped me without an appointment since there was no one waiting, the lady at the door was very kind and helpful, I waited a short time and they cleared up my doubts. Jonathan, a very nice and helpful young man, helped me. This visit deserves 5 stars

Terrible bank nobody work No one works well except the mechanisms, we wait for hours until we feel sleep, and there is no one there except two employees. I will never return to this bank.
