His estimate was his price. No up sell. Price on the lower end of the estimates received. Reasonable, Showed up wearing a mask and knew exactly what to do. Finished within a half hour. Quality & efficient. Highly recommend especially for sudden occurrences (like when your handle in the storm door falls off).

I requested a free quote through Yelp on 7/27/20 to replace some locks and rekey other locks on a new home. Within 2 hours, Meir responded and we supplied him with pictures of the locks. Of course the pictures in my 1st email did not download properly, but Meir replied right away, providing another email and cell phone number to send pics. On 7/28, after looking at the pics, we got our quote and also heard from the technician, Mike. The next morning, 7/29, Mike was right on time to meet my husband at the house and get the work done. Mike offered suggestions and explained everything that needed to be done. He was professional and knowledgeable, and left the areas as clean as when he found them. We will definitely use them again if needed, and recommend them to others. Thank you guys for helping us feel secure in our new home!

This locksmith is a real deal, worth more than 5 stars!We had at least 6 other locksmiths tried to fix our broken mortise lock, however, none of them able to fix the problem- some temporary fix the issue (cost $150 to just show up) and some told us there're missing parts but never respond back again. Few told us to get a brand new and quote us $700-$900.We also tried home advisor but their pricing is just confusing so we looked up this locksmith through Yelp.We called Mike from My Key 24 at midnight and he respond quickly with fair quote- pay nothing if they can't fix but they were confident it will work with some part replacement.Their locksmith-Mier came on time, wore mask. He carefully took the lock apart and identified the issue quickly (no other locksmith we hired did that) , he was also able to fix the loose handle and had the missing part ready. Because he was able to replace the broken part we ended up able to save couple of hundred dollars to order a new one. Great price, excellent service and knowledge, I highly recommend their business

We got locked out of our apartment due to a broken lock.... Looked on Yelp this place had top reviews. Called and the gentleman came within 10 min even though they said it would take at least 20. Did the job fast and clean at a reasonable price. Top notch service...I recommend...

Hands down the best. Very reasonable prices (I got over 15 estimates and they were the best- and they didn't suddenly decide to charge double for no reason like others did), fast response, helpful, respectful (Mike turned up wearing a mask and kept it on), accommodating, I could go on and on. Two free keyring flashlights to boot ;) Just very happy I picked My Key 24 Hr Locksmith.

Excellxet service. I contacted the company through Yelp for a quote and they responded quickly. I need a to change the lock to my apartment and replace a broken mailbox lock. The locksmith was at my apartment within an hour. He told me he didn't have the type of lock for my mailbox because it's an old type of lock and he had to special order it, but he's call me on Monday. He changed the lock to my apartment quickly. About an hour after he left he text and tells me he found the lock that would fit my mailbox and he was available to come back now and he's be at my house in about 25 minutes. I 100% recommend this locksmith.
