Really rude customer service where they’re almost for 45 minutes and then they took my car in and then they say you have to be like a block away from the this workshop and then when I went there, they say only cash I don’t have a cash that time, and then they say we cannot do the alignment

Ive used them last year for an emergency used tire, and it lasted this long. So i decided to try them again for brand new tires. I got a Great Price for 4 new tires, installation, alignment. GREAT ? Service and fast! Super Recommend!Thanks Guys ?

Good place for emergency tire replacement. Downside they don’t accept credit card but they will assist you almost right away

Their guys don’t know how to do alignment. I need to come back twice for alignment on same day and they could not do their job properly. Finally end up getting my refund. Please hire someone who knows how to do alignment.

Very rude staff very dirty place took them 3 1/2 hours to fix my tire and it’s still no good. I highly advise you guys to go somewhere else one of the worst experiences of my life. I am not so sure how can every single staff member be so upset I was talking to them and they was looking the other way talking very low so it was hard to understand them I was being nice asking questions about the issue with my tire and The guy was just unbelievably mad terrible place terrible work done My review says one star because they did not allow me to put zero starsService: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car few days ago for wheel alignment and they took 2-3 hours to get it done and when I got the car . It had same problem as before so I decided to go back yesterday and when I told them that it's not fixed . Rather than checking my car again this guy made some excuse that it's my car and it will always stay like this and didn't even touch the car and I got it somewhere else and it got perfectly fine so. I would not recommend to go these people . I'll rather pay 10-20 dollars extra than going to these crooks . They don't even deserve 1 starj

This is the place.. they keep it moving. Open 24/7 and have all the proper equipment to use. No sales just fix and go!

I been a long time customer at 106 tire from when they had a store in Queens Blvd, that store closed down like 2 yrs ago. So now i go to the store in Northern Blvd 106 st, i came in to do a wheel alignment for my Acura MDX 2011, as i just installed new Michelin Defender tires which i bought from Costco. I walked in, they were able to look me up in the system and in 15mins my car was up getting the alignment. I trust them to do the right thing, all my cars are taken to their shops. The wheel alignment was $70 including tax and it takes about 1 hr to get it done across the street at a different facility which is located between 105st and 106st on the uptown side of northern blvd.

Had a screw in one of my tire, came to this place and then waited in line for over an hour , the counter person kept saying soon, soon, There were four guys in the office and only one working, if you want to call it that. I ended up driving out the other side first chance I got. This place used to be good but that's no longer the case,

Have a flat on my car and this place was close to mi I just this little thing take a little while to get help and also one thing that I dont like is I have aluminum rims and they dont come out easily so the guy use this like a meta hammer and of course he dented my rim they should know what to use which is a plastic hammer sorry but this is not suppose to happen I did not say anything to the owners

Went in for a diagnostic check to see what I needed to fix. Horrible service told me should only be a hour, they have a computer that shows the order you are in line. First mechanic said my car was too small for his lift, second guy asked me what I needed fixed than said your gonna have to wait a while longer. 5 people that came after me got checked out before me. 3 hours later Still No help. Went to a different shop around the corner. Waste of time and my day.

I think the owner really want to business to do well in the community. Owning a car in new york is expensive call in for appointment sometimes they are too busy and ask you to come another say.

I went for an oil change. Simple right? how can anyone mess this up? Well, I'll tell you. They didn't replace the oil after draining the old one out. There was a new oil filter but not motor oil. I drove my car with no oil in my car for nearly a month until my car started to shake with a loud tapping noise coming straight out of my engine. Finally, an oil light came on my dashboard and I went to check the oil level in my car. The dipstick was drier than a bone. I went to Autozone to purchase 4 QUARTS of motor oil just my dipstick to reach the max level. No, my car doesn't have an engine leak. I already checked. No drips or pooling under my car. After added the motor oil into my engine, the car immediately running smoothly again and the loud tapping sound went away. Don't go here unless you want them to screw your car up.
