The man just laugh at me must be a special Ed person. I ask for patch he spoke little English next thing I am paying 75.00 gor used tired the worst just laughing all the way to the bank next time I will drive away after fixing whst they going to do Chace me .

THE ARGENTINE MR. IS THE WORST, A VERY NASTY PERSON AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE IS RUDE, UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT GIVE HIM ZERO STARS, AS HE SAW THAT I WAS A WOMAN HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN WHAT IS CHARGED FOR A TIRE CHANGE I TOLD HIM THAT A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THAT I CHARGE HIM LESS BUT HE RESPONSED AGGRESSIVELY TELLING ME THAT IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE PRICE, THEN I WAS. HORRIBLE THAT ATTITUDE OF THE MAN, Pity I DIDN'T TAKE A PHOTO OR RECORD HIM AT THAT MOMENT SO EVERYONE COULD SEE HIS FACE.

Went in for a wheel balancing, left with no receipt or work guarantee, a day later I still notice vibration and I go to another shop to check their work, shop confirms that wheels were incorrectly balanced so I have the other shop do it. I call 106st to request refund for poor work, I was denied the refund after willing to provide evidence of work completed and corrected elsewhere. Machines are old and not calibrated correctly, go somewhere else and get it done right the first time for the same or even better price.2 stars since the guy working on the actual tire was very pleasant and helpful, unfortunately machines seem to not work well and shop doesn’t provide refunds for work incorrectly done as a result of their poorly functioning machines.

The person who attended me was very friendly and helpful. He informed me what my psi should be in my tires for winter and gave me prices for new ones if I shall need new ones.

I had a terrible experience, I was recommended to go there by another tire shop in the area, I originally went there to fix a cracked rim, they act like they didn't wanna do it, they told me the guy who fixes the cracked rims was on lunch and it will be 3 hour's smh, then I asked to speak to a supervisor, I spoke to the guy behind the counter he was not help at all..very non interested in what I had to say never even made eye contact, he basically said if I didn't have a spare tire there's nothing they can do, then said also the guy was on lunch so there busy!! I would never ever recommend or go there again TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL
