This kiosk has not been working for months. I’ve called the Redbox customer service 7 times in separate occasions to report this kiosk is inoperable and they tell me they’ll send a technician to fix the issue which has been a lie the 7 times I’ve called. Might as well remove it because the screen is shut down.
