Annie has been amazing with my sweet pup Timbus! Coming up from Manhattan, I wasn't sure about boarding him out of the city... Annie changed that! She genuinely LOVES dogs. From the moment we spoke I knew I could trust her with my furbaby. It was so thoughtful of Annie to send photo updates, keep us updated on his eating, his play, etc. Will definitely be boarding with Annie again- even if we have to drive up from the city!

The first time I brought my Husky dog there, the groomer/owner wasn't there when I arrived for my appointment, on time. The young man tasked with dealing with me was trying to handle another pet at the time and I heard him ask me to wait because he had no idea who I was or what I was there for. Off-putting as that was, I patiently waited and waited. I heard him call the owner to tell him I was there and yet still I waited. Eventually after 20 mins and me asking what was going on he told me to put my dog into a crate while he finished the dog he was working on and my dog would be next.Let me tell you I did not see any dog kennels. Just one crate too small for a husky to stand up in, sitting on the floor while another dog was walking around able to come up to him. Not smart.When I went back after waiting 3 hours my dog was still wet and not done being brushed out. Frustrating.Yet I went back the second time because for a husky the deshedding process is recommended to do several times over several weeks & I didn't assume the business was run this way always. I was wrong.The second time I went is a short story-when I arrived at the time I was told- 3 hours later the only thing he had done was a bath. Not dried, brushed or paws completed. Took home my wet dog to finish at home.Ending on a positive note, the young man working there is polite & professional.

After rushing me off the phone, assuring me she had tons of experience with big dogs (turns out she has a german shepherd or something at home? she's met a lot of big dogs? Her story changes but regardless I find this hard to believe for reasons you'll see later), I drive nearly an hour out of my way to meet her. She knows this. I said where I was coming from.And she's late. It happens! But her employees didn't know I was coming and don't know what to do, leaving my dog and I to socialize on a busy Cornwall street. Which we did without incident with several strangers.She finally realizes I'm waiting (??) And chastises me for not knowing who she was. As it turns out she was watching me walk around wIti g for her and didn't think to ask her employees??We get inside without incident and she flinches. It starts getting weird, and she starts getting mad at my dog for not listening to these commands from a mumbling signing aggressively approaching stranger? It's obvious she underestimated my dogs size and didn't want to take her in. That's ok! Just say you're afraid of big dogs. But she started talking over me when I was trying to direct my dog (unprofessional AND dangerous) Making a scene when we had just met you AND several of your employees this was so out of left field. Especially when she wouldn't let us leave.Just know she'll respond to this calling me a liar. She does that with bad reviews. Reminder that we met several employees and strangers on the street that day without incident.

Ann almost killed my 2 year old cat when under her boarding care! Came back to me covered in urine and p**** His once soft white fur was a grimy brown. Skinny as hell, flee infested and blood in his p***** Stay away!! I demanded a refund and she agreed, told me to meet her at her place and she never showed and ignored me after! They are nuts! I will be posting a YouTube documentary next weekend that will show actual proof of her conduct and how she neglected my poor little gizmo, pictures, videos, call logs, text messages, everything. I will post its link here when published. She had ther opportunity presented to her to many times to fix things and she failed to do so. There's consequences for each and every wrong doings especially when they are intentional! Check out her Facebook page, she calls the cops on all who have written negative reviews! She's a wack job!

I brought my dog here for the first time to get groomed and had a wonderful experience. They were so patient and kind with my dog who can be very nervous. He looks and smells amazing. I will definitely bring my dog back here.

First, this is a duplex of a pet store/grooming and a sweets shop run by the same owner. I was scheduled an interview at 2p. Over the phone, I was assured I would be able to work 1-2 days a week being that I have an infant daughter, and coverage for my daughter is limited. On paper, this sounded ideal and I was super excited to score this opportunity! She expressed most of her previous employees were kids, and were not dedicated/willing to work, and seemed excited to have me on board. I showed up early, waited around for the only person working (who was a MINOR) to get the chance to sit and eat her lunch for 10 mins. I don't know what her hours were for that day, but she was working by herself in between both locations. She was grooming a dog and had to stop in the middle of the groom to go serve ice cream/candy. Not having a break and following break laws is an OSHA violation.I waited 2.5hrs for this "business owner" to ask me to wait for her to not show up for the interview. I asked the girl if she knew what time she was coming, she said no, but let me give her a call. She did call, and the owner never answered. I ended up leaving because I had my daughter with me and she was getting restless from being out of the house for an extended period of time. Not only was I embarrassed but I had to deal with a cranky infant. I felt like I was stood up. I ended up sending a message to the owner and her response to me was "who is this?" For someone who's a business owner who claims to be professional then completely forget about you, is totally unprofessional.
