“I came in without an appointment and was greeted right away. The staff was very friendly, and the environment was warm and welcoming (unlike many of the massive, chain banks). I was able to sit down with a service representative (shoutout to Tyler) who answered all my questions and helped me open the accounts I needed. There really aren't words to describe the difference in the level of service you get between a local credit union and at one of the massive banks. Tyler was very friendly and easy to talk to, and I was able to get me all the information I asked for and more. I had some issues with an account a few days later, which I tried to resolve on my own. I spent about 45 minutes calling several different MHVFCU help numbers before I just gave up and emailed the rep I worked with at this branch. I had emailed after-hours but by the time I checked my emails the next morning, I'd already received a reply and they'd sorted my issue out for me. I feel confident that I can go into this branch at any time, and would be able to get any questions and concerns addressed right away. 5/5 for service and timeliness.”
“I like this bank every one of Staff are friendly and helpful. They have Personal Tellers inside the bank and outside at the Drive-Thru. They have Manager named Ryan very friendly and helpful inside the bank and Eugene who is Newburgh Branch Manager. They have inside ATM also. I like the Branch Headquarters they are very good to their Members. When you make your payments on time and never late they recognize you with an Incentive. Like lowering your interest on your purchases for 6 months to 5.99. They send you Recognition letters that means a lot to a Member that they Acknowledge your efforts to make sure your payments you have with them are paid on time. I am happy I chose this bank and have been with them since February 17, 2016. They are located on NY - Rte 300 (Union Ave). Their Office Hrs 8:30am - 6pmMonday - Friday. Saturday 8:30am till2pm Closed Sunday.Right behind the Bank there is other stores to shop in like PetSmart, Kohl's ànd a shortcut right into Adam's Fair Acre Farm Grocery store. I walked into the branch for the first time opening a bank account for my nonprofit organization, the entire staff including Brittney was very nice and Brittney answered all my questions about the account. After the wonderful experience my nonprofit organization is planning to move its Operating funds account to Ulster Savings Bank.”

“(Reviewing specific location, not bank as a whole) helpful and friendly staff, has a drive through, free and wheel chair accessible parking. The only downside is that once the bank closes you cannot access the ATM (there is a card swipe to get in to the ATM after closinh but multiple people I know cannot get in with their citizens bank card)”

Any problems or questions that I had regarding accounts or transactions been able to resolve either at local branch or with their customer service departments. Hard to believe it’s been nearly 15 years elapsed time when I had first opened up an account with them. “I had to drive 45mins to cash a check drawn out of this bank. Before I headed down I gave a call in to find out what I needed to do as I don’t have an account here. Androy the manager answered the phone. Such a nice gentleman! He told me what I needed to do. A few hours after the call I drove down there, asked to see Andy. We sat down and started the process. Unfortunately there was an issue with the check, that’s why I drove the 45mins to go to that bank instead of depositing it into my bank. I had that feeling it wasn’t right. After just a few minutes Andy was going above and beyond, as they say, “his pay grade”, and fixed the issue. He totally did not have to take the steps he did to ensure I received the money that was owed to me. I highly recommend dealing with Andy if you ever need anything from this bank! Thank you so much for your professionalism and going above and beyond to make a horrible situation right!!!!!”
