An amazing experience on New Years Eve; a challenging but approachable yoga class and a sound bath with singing bowls and a gong. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly- I can’t wait to go back!

Kelly came to us for an on-site, one hour class for my family for a special birthday weekend. It was amazing! Amazing hot studio! Classes range from a more bikram style to serious vinyasa flow yoga. Highly recommend checking this place out - great addition to any day by taking the time to connect with your mind and body through Kelly's classes!
