The cable are very strong and the best I ever had, the only issue is the adapters. The adapters are very weak and won't last very long and I can't tell you how many I already went through. If you don't spend money on cables, but you will end up keeping buying the adapters.

MagFast has become comical without actually being funny. I too, am in the category of having paid for a pre-order that never came. When I checked my batch today I see that the latest scam (uh...I mean "communication) is that "on or after July 4th" I will receive a voucher for double the price of my pre-order (orders were placed so long ago that the prior technology is outdated - lol) BUT the double voucher will only equate to a 50% discount on the newer product.
So, after waiting 4 years for a product that has never come, MagFast is asking its pre-order Customers who on blind faith supported what we thought was not just a great product, but a great company to spend MORE money and "trust" that "this time" the product will make it out the door.
While you may have successful delivered 100,000 orders to the marketplace, how many thousands never made it out the door? Are you willing to share THAT number? I can't do business with a company I no longer trust and asking me to spend more money to receive a product that I've been waiting 4 years for is just the inspiration I need to finally jump off the MagFast ride.
You should make note (instead of excuses) regarding the number of posts accusing your company of being a scam. It is a question YOU have created in the marketplace based on how you have done business to date. Instead of defending yourself in reviews, just do better. It's up to you to fix that and NOT by asking us to spend more money.

I've been giving MagFast a chance for years and they failed to deliver, and they basically admit to doing wrong but tell us not to message support because it's costing them to much to have support answer questions... Out of the 3 products I have even received, Extreme has been the only good item, Air and Life were sub-par for both charging, and battery life based on current standards on the market and even far as back 5 years ago with products I have still working far better and a much cheaper cost to me and you can get $20 equivalents that work way better then these on the market right noe... There last 2 videos only answered questions regarding asking for more money and not actually answering the questions 90% of the people have regarding the products they failed to deliver and moving onto new products that they also failed to deliver in the original timeline.. some of there products they never even released before scrapping.. if customer service would actually answer the question asked instead of you having to reply multiple times.. Wall was the big thing years ago and one would think it would be the first to reach the market, but I guess when you offer it as a free item to anyone that watched the infomercial you make sure it never sees the light of day even though it was supposed to be the key component to the whole set up of going cordless.. and yes I did tell them how horrible Air and Life was but they wouldn't do anything about it.. I will update if I ever get a suitcase but from what reviews I've read people are only getting part of those orders as well, and many more are being told they now have to pay for shipping even though they were offering free shipping on orders that spend so much..

Loved my charger for a year. Now it's not charging properly. Reached out to customer support because they promoted this as a lifetime warranty. They told me to fill out a form. I do. Now they want me to wait a week and watch a video of the ceo to talk instead of helping me. Just giving me the run around. Beware if your charger fails. Seems they are trying to get out repair or replacement. For a 37$ cable, this is ridiculous.
Update: So over 2 weeks to finally get a warranty replacement, and it's the wrong cable as I don't own anything apple, and my original was a type c to type c. And it's been a week since my outreach about the error with no response for customer support. This has been very frustrating and still with a failed cable.
Final update: After over a month from initial outreach, customer support has corrected the error and sent the correct cable.
I will say, though, I love the cable. The process for the warranty is not fun. Definitely need a better system for the warranty as well as confirmations to make sure there are fewer errors.

Placed my order in 2019. In the beginning this was crowd funding, now it borders on pyramid scheme. Vague updates, promises that never come true, and they continue to advertise products. I am shocked that they have such a positive review and can only imagine they manipulated the metric to get that review. Nearly 5 years later I havent gotten a darn thing. Thanks for nothing Magfast.
EDIT: I appreciate MAGFAST'S response, but they recently had an update webinar where they asked everyone to double down. No option to get out, just to keep waiting. I want my money back!

This magfast is 100% a scam. I have never received the chargers ordered months ago and at a cost of 500 ish dollars! What a joke. The only response I get is on email where it's an automated response saying they can't get back to me at this time. When you try to look up the order number it doesn't let you akd responds with a similar answer . It's a scam people DO NOT INVEST and their address is just a house in New York. There's no way to get I'm contact with them. Call your credit card company and complain about them to get your money back...WHAT A LAME RESPONSE THEY GIVE EVERY REVIEW. PEOPLE ARE WAITING YEARS AND NEVER GET THE PRODUCT. ITS HARD TO BELIEVE THEYRE ALLOWED TO SCAM SO MANY PEOPLE

They constantly are looking for more funding but never delivering. I ordered in 2021, others ordered before then and have recieved nothing. With their latest plea for investment, they announced that they're basically back at square one with nothing to send to people who have paid money and even had shipping time frames. They also refuse to respond to any emails, even ask that you don't email customer service. Not worth the risk.
Can't respond but they can. A preorder is not an investment. If you have products in stock, why has NOTHING been offered as resolution until over 6 months after shipments dates failed, and that "resolution" isn't available until July 4th?! The resolution is "double the value" vouchers that will be for luggage that I dont want, or more products that arent created or available yet. Could have been honest with us probably 2 or 3 rounds of investment ago, maybe more. Now more people are even more upset and have to continue to wait.

I can't believe the audacity of this company and I don't really understand why they haven't been shut down and the "couple" put in jail. Paid several hundred dollars to them more than five years ago and never received anything. They don't respond either. What a scam. DON'T send these people ANY money. You'll regret it.

Lead time for products is years. Finally received first part of the kit, took 6 months for second part and third part is nowhere on the horizon. Emergency jump start doesnt work at 80% charge had to call tow truck. Is it supposed to be plugged in just in case I need it? Life battery doesnt last long and now USB-C connection wont charge phone. I need to plug in a USB cord. I paid $500 to Netcapitol and did not know my "investment" was really a donation. Magfast raised millions of dollars using this campaign. As always, buyer beware. Defamation, or in this case, liable, cant be proved when i am speaking from my experiences only. Cries of defamation sounds like I hit too close to the truth. YEARS ago (2018) they pitched a new charging product that was “in production” and for a special price they would send their current charger. Well, every year I check back and was told it was coming (but they were to send the current charger, not future one. Emails assured me batches were being sent. I never got it. Now, SIX years later they offered to send me charging cables as I no longer have a need for what was being offered initially.
No surprise, I’ve still not received ANYTHING. I’m sure there is some products people buy and actually receive, but this consumer is still waiting….and waiting…and never gonna buy from MAGFAST again.
RESPONDING TO MAGFAST COMMENT: I’m sure people who have actually received products might like them. Sadly, you can’t seem to even send me the product you CURRENTLY HAVE as was offered to me. Seems after SIX YEARS you would have SOMETHING to send me for my money.

Just read the new email out from this sham of a company who conned so many (luckily I got out and got my money back before it was too late). When I saw the direction the company was going, asking on multiple occasions for people to invest into their con I was out with a quickness. Steer clear away from anything that has to do with this company as the ship will soon sink from its many deceptions. I was a backer from the beginning but again when I saw that they needed / asked for backers to invest again and again it was a telltale sign of what was going on. I’ve backed a few different kickstarts and this is the only one that has been a disaster.

I ordered chargers in 2019 during what I think was the crowdfunding stage, and they have never made delivery. All I got was a bunch of SPAM from this company.
