Ordered wrong phone and called store back. Zack told me to bring phone and box back and they could take care of me today. I get to the store and they tell me they can’t do anything at all to help me and I have to go call customer service now. Waste of time and money

Ray has been a tremendous help, I had some issues with my account and he went above and beyond to assist me and to get the issue resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. And he truly cares about you as a customer, and he pays great attention to details. He is a valuable asset to Verizon, if it weren’t for him and JC they changed my views on on Verizon and choosing this store. You know if Ray, he will always provide consistent and caring customer service, I can see he is also a vital piece for his team as he’s always there to assist other co-workers and if he doesn’t have a the solution, he will find it.
