The gentleman at the counter was very kind. I was so happy that I finally bought a stamp.

I worked in a RV park post office and made trips to the back room of the main post office to pick up the park mail. I was blown away at the volume of mail and packages, and that they actually get to where they are going even when not addressed correctly. And then add the sheer volume of junk mail. It's crazy. Gave me a whole new appreciation for the post office operation and for the workers. That being said, the Baker Street staff has always been very accommodating, and most of the time with a smile. Not everyone that comes in there is in a good mood, so I'm sure that there are bad moments, but otherwise kudos to them.

Thanks a bunch to Brent for going above and beyond your job duties. This type of service is much needed at all Post Offices.

Just received a WEEKS worth of my neighbor's mail. I get it happening once in a while- things stick together. But A WEEKS!!!! worth??!! Unnecessary. And it just so happens that my neighbors made a complaint about this before only for this office to decide that they will no longer be delivering packages to our doors. I've lived at the same address for 6 years, the road has always been rough. But now it's "too rough" after a complaint was made about negligence? Seems too convenient to be a coincidence. I'd also like to mention that Brent belittled my neighbors when they came to pick up their package that was being held. Not cool. A formal complaint will be made with the USPS.

Rude staff......Brent… if that’s your name find a new job. Your not fit to be a manager if indeed you are even one to begin with. You are better qualified for the local 7-11. This post office should be shut down period.

I love the Baker St post office! Everyone there is always helpful, patient, and makes going there a great experience! Throughout the last two difficult years, they have had to deal with irate, impatient customers, yet they didn't quit, and came to work every day. It's about time USPS was funded properly. Postal workers are Union brothers and sisters and I make sure to mail all of my packages to my extended family through the USPS around the country. They have been honest about delays in certain parts of the country, which is appreciated. Jason always greets everyone and has time for a quick chat.My mail carrier Steve has an incredibly long route, but drives packages 1/4 mile down to my house. We will all miss him when he retires.

Brett Cornish the supervisor must surely be the least service oriented employee I have met there. We asked to have mailboxes placed on a now fully developed street in the town of Corning. "I know what you want, we are not going to do it", Why? "end of discussion".

Brett Cornish the supervisor is really plain awful in his attitude and willingness to provide service. Avoid if you can. Walnut street or painted post are much better.
