Kayla is very good. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she nailed it. She also cuts and colors my granddaughters hair and my grandson's haircuts, which she always does an excellent time

The times I've been to Sublime I've gotten very good service. The stylist I used to see is no longer there, and I've only been back once since she left but I liked the woman that I saw. However, any time I have tried to make additional appointments no one answers the phone or returns my messages (I call during business hours). The couple of times I *have* gotten through the person answering the phone doesn't even know how to schedule appointments and says that someone else will get back to me. Then I never hear from anyone. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating. You guys really need to work on your reception and customer service. I don't like giving negative feedback but after half a dozen unanswered calls I've reached my limit.
