Bad experience. All elevators are broken, and they didn’t explain the check-in and check-out policy clearly, and charged me twice for one night.

The elevators were broken for the entire stay. I don’t mind the stairs outside of the heavy luggage. The place isn’t well maintained or clean as our room had long term spider webs in it. The breakfast smelled and tasted off, we didn’t eat it after the first bite and for the remaining days.

The service at the front desk can be more welcome and friendly. First impression I wasn't impressed that we didn't get greeted or acknowledged when we walked in to the front desk. She didn't even explain to us on how to get to our room since the elevator doesn't work we have to ask the guest to direct us to the staircase.

staying here was not good. upon entering my room, the couch was very dirty and dusty. there were ants around the room. however, the room was big and can carry many people comfortably. the food was good but there weren’t many options. i’ve been to many hotels and you can get a much better hotel for around the same price as this and even cheaper (meaning this hotel is overpriced). there was a pool and spa area but after swimming for a bit the lights turned off. there was a lot of dirt and filth inside the hot tub. the service was ok. they helped carry out my bags because i had a lot and they were heavy. the only con is when i ordered sheets they took a while to deliver it to me. i recommend NOT coming here and you can find a slightly cheaper hotel that is much better.
Rooms: dirty and old
Nearby activities: there’s a pool
Safety: this place is pretty safe.
Walkability: this hotel is walkable
Food and drinks: not that many options but the food is ok.
Noteworthy details: please ask for extra sheets since the cushions are dirty.

Utterly disappointing considering the price. The pool has a sign- a big sign- that says not to poop in the pool. How many times has it happened that we need a sign? Idk how often the pool is cleaned bc I kept catching hair in my hands…not my hair.
Breakfast ends at 9:30am. Even McD’s keeps breakfast until 10:30am.
The elevators were down. How about putting some payroll to a bell hop- again, the price of the room would signal additional help should be provided. We didn’t pay “Red Roof Inn” prices.
The place needs a good clean and face lift. The walls are dirty- needs paint. The carpet made my bare feet dirty in the room.
The bed was super comfortable and I slept great. It is the only thing that saved this hotel a few stars.

I always stay at Staybridge. This is my 3rd time in 8 months. Have stayed in Chicago, Missoula, Montana and here in Corning. Out of the 3, Corning was my least favorite . Chicago and Missoula had Orville Redenbacher in the room. Disappointed that Corning did not!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We came with young adults from Chicago, one of which had never been on a plane before. They had so much fun at the hotel, but it was really all thanks to the incredible woman, Delana. Delana was beyond welcoming, patient, understanding, and kind to all of us. Honestly without her it would have been more stressful because she was just so kind to our young people. Thank you so much Delana!!!! You truly made our trip less stressful and more enjoyable.

Stayed a night to visit the glass museum which is only a 3min drive or 10min walk away... The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed with plenty of sockets for charging our gadgets, very clean, the sofa bed was set up and ready for sleep upon check in (we had to set up the sofa bed on our own at some hotels). There's an evening reception on Wednesdays serving great food and drinks. Breakfast was good, especially loved their coffee! It would be a perfect stay if the aircon noise was not loud but we were fine after fallen asleep... The hotel is huge with many rooms on each floor - we felt like walking thru a maze from the elevator to our room haha
