If I could rate this place lower than a 1, I absolutely would. They overlocked our unit when we never missed a payment. We drove from NC to NY to empty the storage and they could not open the overlock for us and quoted us up to a week to remove it, knowing that we lived 12 hours away. There was no help offered and no urgency placed on removing the lock. So we’ve wasted a 12 hour trip and the cost of a Uhaul rental for this ridiculous company to deny us entry to OUR POSSESSIONS! DO NOT USE!
In response to the half-hearted message, we were not informed of a 7 day turnaround on overlock removal, which we are now on day 9 and no removal has happened. This further exemplifies the lack of customer service. The overlock removal taking 9+ days is absolutely absurd. I wonder if they’ll conveniently wait until the next month payment is due?
Mind you, we’ve paid our storage fees on time for over 5 years, including the former owner before All Purpose Storage purchased this unit. Horrible service for loyal customers.

Horrible experience beware…….its all bull. And to get ahold of anyone for answers is hectic. They will charge u money before you even have the chance to review term agreements…going on my third day dealing with things.

If I could leave a zero I would. This is behind a gate and you need a code to get into the units and still my lock was cut and over 2000 dollars worth of things stolen. Not the first incident at the place in the last week and all purpose won't give camera footage. Hmmmm a little suspicious if you ask me and the troopers say the same thing. I will never use them again.

They push snow in front of the doors they locked ours when we arent behind and we rented a uhaul 2 times and now we just wasted money because we could not get into it I do not reccomend if you want your stuff ever
