Was told they were closing in a few minutes and wouldn't help with a flat tire. Took the tire somewhere else and the repair took less then 4 minutes. If you aren't willing to help in an emergency then you aren't worth returning to.

It took shy of three months of my truck sitting there until it got fixed. I thought the cost was high to fix it. My car was brought in for an oil change, rotate tires and inspection. Brought it back again to have them look at parts they already replaced. I was then told they were busy so come back next week. On the way to Walmart I got pulled over. Come to find out the car wasn't inspected cause they forgot. So people look before you drive away. Three days overdue and still got a tucket even though I called to get the car in for inspection again. I guess the Troopers needed one more ticket.

I have been going to Kaprals for more than 20 years and never had anything happen like was described in the other reviews. Service was always excellent and price is reasonable. There were even a few times when something small was corrected and I wasn't even charged. Metal was scraping a brake rotor and making noise and they adjusted it for free even though they still had to make the appt and put the car on the lift. I have recommended to friends and have heard similar good feedback.By the way...they have 117 Google reviews averaging 4.7 stars!

We were stranded on the side of the highway with a flat tire on our 5th wheel. While waiting for the roadside assistant we called Kapral Tires to see if they had the size tires that we needed for our camper. My husband spoke to Chris who checked and they did have the right size. Since it was getting late and close to closing time he assured us that he would wait for us to get there. We arrived before they closed and their service was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and got the new tires on in a timely manner and were extremely nice. We would highly recommend Kapral Tire and Auto to anyone looking for tires.

Very helpful! Short wait, very reasonable price--addressed the issue and fixed the problem. Especially grateful, as we're in the middle of 'road trip' and are not likely to be back for any regular service needs.
