“I bought a bed and the mattress had broken springs with a five year warranty. I called Coons to report this. After verifying my claim they sent out a new mattress...I had to pay I believe a little charge for other wear and tear but other than that they stood behind warranty 100 percent. Also I bought a large man sized recliner...and two different times they sent a repair guy that did a fantastic job both times. Furniture prices are comparable with other sellers in Corning-Elmira area and they stand behind their sales. Would highly recommend Coons for your furniture, bed and mattress needs”
