I can't say enough good things about this business. Knowledgeable and honest people, fair prices, great work. My 1997 Boxster was acting sluggish, backfiring, hesitating, and then finally died. Had it towed here. After they worked on it, it's back to being its old peppy self again!Several years ago, I brought the car to the Rochester dealership for a check-up. After lots of mumbo jumbo they told me I needed all kinds of new parts, to the tune of $7000! THEN they told me my car had the worse case of rust they'd ever seen, entire exhaust system almost gone. I asked Corning Imported Auto to look at the rust while they had the car up on the rack. What did they find? NO RUST! Not a speck. They have my business for ever. Never will I ever go back to the Rochester dealership. Thank you Corning Imported Auto for your honesty and expertise!!

Ron is busy and good for reason! He did an awesome job on my car and was very conscious of the costs of working on an imported car. He did everything he could to make sure I was back on the road ASAP considering the supply chain issues in the US at the current moment. My car is running 10x better than when I dropped it off, after driving it again after having the work done it reminded me of the reason I bought it in the first place. I can't thank you enough Ron, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back.

Frankly the only mechanics I trust on the planet. They know their imports back to front - as many others have said, better than any dealer - and will be honest with you about what is and what isn’t critical to fix immediately. Their prices are competitive and fair and they’ve saved me a lot of money since I started using them. They don’t do major bodywork but the owner gave me his acquaintance’s number who did 5* work at half the cost quoted by the ripoff merchants across the river, and made my car look factory new.I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

They aren’t out for money like most import shops are.Go to CIA for good honest work at the fairest of prices!

This garage is more competent than any of the BMW dealerships that I am familiar with. They are efficient, honest and very fair what more can a person ask for. Most garages can only hope that they are as good as Corning Imports. We are so luck to have them in our area.
