I bought a bed and the mattress had broken springs with a five year warranty. I called Coons to report this. After verifying my claim they sent out a new mattress...I had to pay I believe a little charge for other wear and tear but other than that they stood behind warranty 100 percent. Also I bought a large man sized recliner...and two different times they sent a repair guy that did a fantastic job both times. Furniture prices are comparable with other sellers in Corning-Elmira area and they stand behind their sales. Would highly recommend Coons for your furniture, bed and mattress needs

Very friendly, no pressure sales staff. Great selection and prices. Finally found the couch we were looking for. We'll definitely be back next time we need furniture.

I feel compelled to write a glowing review on this furniture store. To make a long story short, Gene and the staff there went above and beyond their normal policy and took the best care of my mother in law at a very difficult time and we cannot thank them enough! Buy local and from people who care.

we purchased two flexsteel reclining chairs from coons. within a short time, the first chair delivered started to have no mid reclining position, all the way up or all the way down. the repairman replaced the mechanism after a 3 month wait and the chair worked ok, so we ordered a second chair. after a few weeks, both chairs developed the same condition. we have waited two more weeks now to hear from the repairman and have no response from flexsteel on the problem. coons told us they would not take back or replace the defective chairs. if they want a good reputation, they should not sell junk, and be more willing to help their customers and make it right. !

Do not buy anything from them because if there is a problem they do not stand behind what they sell and there is A NO RETURN POLICY. These recliners are not safe. They tip forward and flip you out of them. Will never deal with them again.

I cannot begin to explain how AWESOME the staff at Coons are. I placed a sizeable order through my employer at the height of COVID and they did not let us down. They listened to my needs, made perfect suggestions and offered exactly what I needed. The sales team communicated when there were shipping delays and worked their hardest to get the job done even going above and beyond to fulfill special requests. Locally owned with a Top Notch Sales and Delivery team with fantastic furniture selection.
