The team undstood the assignment and knocked it out the BALL PARK!!! From the time I walked in the building the team was kind, courteous & informative providing me the best options for my budget. I had a small amount of time available for the many repairs needed and still they exceeded my expectations by finishing early. To top everything off the final cost was cheaper than expected. “Great place of business. The owner tests your battery to make sure you need a new one before you actually buy one. Then he installed it, put anti-corrosive gel on the post, and even cleaned and lubricated the bolt that holds the battery in. Great service and highly recommend!”
“If you need some Napa know how, this is where you can get that part.I needed a caliper bracket, today, it was critical!Walked in, set my part on the counter and the lady knew what it was and was knowledgeable about automotive stuff and was very helpful.So they didn't have the bracket but did have a caliper that came with one so that's what I had to do.I only had $109 in checking and it was like 108 but the nice lady brought it down to 102 somehow. This was the day before Thanksgiving. Totally saved me, thank you Napa!”

“I had some high quality car work done over here at Tom’s a good few years ago. They’re a class act and do great work. American work. They make me proud of this country. Unfortunately I forgot to tell my nephew to go there and he went to nearby Quest and they stole parts from his vehicle on a routine oil change. That Jason “Pigman” and his awful wife Stina are really what is wrong with the car business. Avoid them and head straight to Tom’s! Trust me!
