Great company full of hard working people who do their best to get your orders out on time and to you safely. They offer both LTL and UPS for shipping and the rates are as fair as they come. I will glady continue to do buisness with this team. The owner is reknown throughout the industry and wise of it's many tricks.

Was lucky enough to win the UNO 630w dual CMH at the Max Yield Expo. Unfortunately it crapped out after a few days of use but Nickel City was kind enough to warranty it for me. Thanks again guys glad to get this bad boy back.

east coast hydroponic ware house been doing business with mike 2 years was always treated me fair if he did not have 5 gallon he would give me 2 2,5 to make it write .. also he would help are counter people with any question .. yes he a old dog but been very helpful in my business

Horrible service and very poor communication. All the products that aren't from a well known brand name are cheap china ones that need to be constantly returned as defective. The two worst offenders are UNO & ultragrow. The owner is a bigot and demeaning to everyone who is not as wealthy as he is. He seems to be intoxicated at all times and is extremely confrontational. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

BUYER BEWARE!!! the owner is an older ex-biker guy, who acts and sounds inebriated all the time. He is rude, nasty and yells most of the time when talking. His customer service attitude is that thinks he knows everything and that he is always right, his facility looks like a bomb hit it with products being stored outside in the cold weather. Started when we had ordered items from him that kept coming back with warranty issues and they refused the RMA's. We then posted the issue to a merchant forum and found we were definitely not the only people who are unhappy with mike yocina and his nickel city ...see for yourself
