This place does not allow you to use the bathroom and you have to pay more because of the failure of the machines and the coin exchange machine gets stuck and they do not refund the lost money. There is a lady, I think, from Saturdays who is always in a bad mood. and refuses to collaborate to provide the service

I dropped my clothes off to be washed, and they gave it to someone else. The owner called and asked me to return the clothing that I received in an error however, never returned MY CLOTHES. The owner called and asked me to return the clothing that I received in error, however, never returned my clothing. When I called to follow up, he is telling me he can’t recall that I was missing multiple sweatshirts and all my underwear. I returned almost an entire bag of clothing, but he thought I was missing 1 sweatshirt & underwears. Bunch of lies and thieves.

GREAT LAUNDROMAT ?. The dryers are very good. The washing machines are very good. Staff are polite and helpful. Place is truly 24 hours. A great convenience. I'll definitely be back.

I walked into the place yesterday and gave the guy specific instructions and even said I would pay extra to have them laid out the way I needed it. The instructions were all shirts needed to be left wet and hung up. I also stated there are two bags the clothes need to be washed folded and put back into these bags because I need to know who’s closer who’s there not mine. I picked up my friends laundry from the nursing home that he’s at. I got to pick up my laundry today everything is in one bag the shirts were washed and dried and now short and I I’m not sure who’s closer who’s. Because as I said they’re all in one bag. I requested the guy behind the counter to write everything down I said it three or four times knowing that he did not I should’ve just walked out with my bag. Now all of the shirts are ruined and then my workshirts

Very dirty the floor, the chairs and garbage over flowing but over all the machines and laundry is really good please clean , environment is also important thank you .

There's always at least one drunk or high person wandering around harassing people while they're trying to do laundry, and nobody does anything. Lint filters are always full. ATM is out of service more than it's not. Other than that, prices are good, the place is relatively clean, and it's not as horrible as some laundromats. Dryers could be hotter though.
