This place has become disgusting !!!!! I refuse to go back to this store, they refuse to do anything about the homeless people sitting inside of the main entrance, i told an employee after I had an encounter with a vagrant and the employee who was a younger man shrugged, smirked, and said “dont be racist”. Homeless people smoking crack and harassing customers going in and out , they also have all of their bags, and belongings which makes the store smell terrible. How does stop and shop expect customers to shop for basic things when it’s a problem just to walk into the store??? Employees 100% do not care and dont do their job well at all. Management needs to do better and hire more competent workers. And all homeless people should not be sitting in there

Getting really tired of bait and switch with sale items here about to stop going there and just go to shop rite instead. Happened like seven times that the sign for a sale was purposefully misleading(exact same size and manufacturer and type product) and I didn't notice until checkout or until I got home that it was different in some ridiculous way like today when all that was at the sign for 2.99 a pound 80% fat free ground beef from stop and shop was the exact same size manufacturer and product only 85% fat free and so when their self check out lane glitches and I have to switch to the guy monitoring the areas console I get scammed yet again by this dishonest retailer when all I wanted was my purchase at the honestly advertised sale price

I wish that using app for digital coupon can be hard and a pain on but... it's hard to find right product and sometimes service is bad in store

It's fine it's a stop and shop. There are better ones but this one has what you would expect. It's ur typical name brand grocery store.

This place is going DOWNHILL, all homeless people pan handling and causing a disturbance at the entrance , the employees literally let the homeless people sleep in the store! They’re usually aggressive and bother people just trying to shop, I’m not sure how corporate allows this but the employees are not helpful at all. Also you can see people using drugs right in the vestibule and also selling them ! Management needs to put an end to this

Corporate seems to ignore this store since it's not in a super "nice" location. Funny how when you go to Stop & Shops in nicer places, like Setauket, the stores have been totally redone in recent years and are so clean, organized, and pretty inside. But not here. I guess Coram isn't good enough for them. But if that's the case, why did they put a store here in the first place? Interesting.
