Prescription Centre is the best! I so much prefer local pharmacy to the national chains. I am 74 and disabled. I need to use a walker which I keep folded up in my trunk. I don't so much mind taking it out and then having to fold it back up and lift it into the trunk if I'm going into a store to shop or a doctor's office. But to have to take it out and put it back to go into a place to pick up just one thing is why I prefer curbside "delivery." We moved to Middle Island 2 1/2 years ago and Prescription Centre in Coram was the closest local pharmacy. I called and spoke to Dottie, explained my need for requesting that my orders be brought out to my car and was assured that it would be no problem and that they could also deliver. I have actually never been in the store! Dottie or one ofthe other ladies there even call me when they have prescriptions for me or my wife and ask if we'd like it delivered. I've never had many dealings with the pharmacist, but have nevere had any problems with anyone there.

A bit isolated. Inside the building where doctor offices are, therefore it is convenient for these physicians and patients to use this pharmacy. Don't be fooled though. A prescription that was filled here cost me $47 with insurance whereas at another Pharmacy it cost me $40.

Excellent fast courteous always have it ready. Pharmacist is knowledgeable and answers all off ur questions unlike Walgreens cvs etc this is one on one and they get to know u personally and ur medications ~ I’ve been coming here since my son was 6 months old he’s 24 now~ I won’t go anywhere else~

I called the pharmacy to ask if my medication was ready. The lady who picked up (named "Zanaida") immediately told me they do not have my medication. I explained that that is not possible as I picked up half of my medication a few days ago and was told the pharmacy will have the rest of it the next day. She curtly barked "hold on" and put me on hold for 7 minutes only to come back and tell me that yes they do have the medication. I then asked her if they have my pet's medication. She once again immediately responded "no, we do not have it". I told her my vet called it in last week. She again insisted they did not receive the script from my vet. I asked to speak with the supervisor. She put me on hold for another 5 minutes and finally came back on the line and told me they have my pet's medication. I asked the lady her name-she began to argue with me about giving me her name. She finally did-her name is "Zanaida". I asked to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude with no accountability as she hung up when I asked to speak with her supervisor. I will be looking for another pharmacy.

This has to be the best pharmacy that I have ever went too. The staff is very friendly and the pharmacist go out of their way to get what you need. I just moved to middle island and Jim and John are the best they made me and my family feel like we have been goin there for years. I am so happy I decided to start goin there ??
