“I rarely leave reviews...good or bad...but Just Medical went above and beyond, so they deserve a review. I ordered an expensive DeVilbiss product from Just Medical. After a year and a half the product stopped working. According to the manufacturer it was still under warranty. I contacted Just Medical because I couldn't find any information online of where to contact the manufacturer. Just Medical contacted the manufacturer - who told them it would not be covered under the warranty. Just Medical told me the address to send the item to for it to be repaired by the manufacturer, and said that they would cover the repair costs. I will 100% buy more from Just Medical! They are an amazing company!”

He gave a thorough explanation, having me follow his instructions insured my understanding of the procedures in using the machine, hands on. The Rep set up the machine per my Doctor’s instructions and was courteous and clear through the entire experience.”
