“I had a great bed for a number of years, that sadly died a very horrible and unexpected death. I went into Mattress Firm on Middle Country Rd and meet Frank. I told him my tale of woe and that I needed a bed ASAP and it needed to be firm because I had just spent a couple hundred bucks on a mattress topper that I was going to continue to use. I was also right upfront in telling him I what my price range was and within the hour I had exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was looking in. Frank, was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in his products. He listened to what my needs were and showed me only what was in my price range, and I can tell you I could not be happier! “As mattress/furniture shopping goes, this was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case.You all know how it normally goes; it’s your day off, your wife drags you out to get a new mattress because her side of the bed is uncomfortable. She tells you how to drive the whole way there but you ignore it, purposely hitting potholes on her side etc.So you shop around for the day and she reminds you gently by screaming at you through an orange road cone like Will Ferrell not to interact with the sales reps. You roll your eyes, like some sort of Robert Downey Jr. meme, agree and you head in.All joking aside though, we walked in and weren’t hounded for a sale. The rep just said if we had any questions he’d be around. I asked the Manager if they had price matching, and they did. (So naturally, to test the theory I looked up the same mattress at Sam’s Club near by that was cheaper) Showed the sales rep and they matched the price. I’ll 100% go back to purchase another mattresses for the kids rooms when it’s time and one of these adjustable bed frames that work with the mattress (…yes there’s a massage setting, it sounds made up…but it’s real). If you’re shopping for a mattress, and want a good experience where someone isn’t on your heals trying to sell you the 4000.00 Simmons Serta Perfect Beauty Rest 9000; head to Mattress Firm, because the Manager and Sales Rep are professional, courteous, and work with you to get the best deal. 100% awesome.”

“I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.”
