They are the best company I ever dealt with. From Kelly the secretary to the owner , Irwin! They truly care and go above and beyond for you. And they don’t nickel and dime you!!! And they all are so polite and professional! I highly recommend them . Honestly!

Actually I wouldn't give them any stars, being that's the service I got from them. None. I called April 30 and was scheduled mid May. It rained on that day. I was rescheduled for Jun 3. I was putting my house on the market and wanted the pool opened for pictures for the listing and open house. Jun 3 I called to confirm and was told they would be there after 3. Great! Not! No show. Long story short, I was told by Kelly that she had no control over who's pool was gonna get opened and my order was amongst the others. Left several messages, explaining my situation. Photos were taken, open house happened, no open pool. Jun 11, still no call back, nor open pool. I got some one else. Pool is now open. Like I said, I wouldn't give any stars

i have tried other pool companys but had the best service, work and help with irwin pools. they did not know me . called ,had a problem, the came that day, the time they said they would and fixed my problem and the charge was very reasonable. and they gave me alot of info about how to care for my pool. reliable.....

They make appointments and tell you to be home and they dont call to say they arent coming for 2 days in a row. After the first day of a no show and no phone call we called to ask when they would arrive and they said they cant come but will be there the next morning after waiting till 3pm that next afteroon and still no show we called again and said they werent coming again but no phone call to us, we had to call them to see why they werent there!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

We were victims of Sandy. Our in ground pool filled with brackish water as well as the filter and pool motor all went under water. I called in November to make an appointment to assess and open our pool. At that time Kelly stated" our scheduled is wide open". Imagine my surprise when I called on April 4th ( the day I made the appointment for) and was told someone would be by in the later, and she would call me by noon with a time. I didn't hear from her until 730 pm. At that point I was told they would come the following day, she would call back with a time. Never heard from them!! Very unprofessional, don't hire them.
