My car's break light came on with a check break pad wear message. I wasn't sure if our nearby Goodyear do break services on Mercedes Benz or not, but they did an excellent job. They replaced both the break rotors and pads, while doing that they also check and replace my battery, as that was running low too. The entire crew were very knowledgeable and nice. Special shoutout to Brandon, Brian, and two other excellent technicians that helped me and get my car going again.

My wife and I use this location in Coram almost exclusively if we need any car care. We used it for both of our inspections recently as well. The customer service there is always outstanding. Very friendly always. The one guy in the front is always eager to help and has a great way with people. Kudos to the staff. Thank you to them. We recommend this spot to our friends and to all of you now too.

Great service! As soon as I walked in Edwin greeted me and helped me out finding the right tire I needed. Marco did an awesome job helping me as well. This place is extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend coming here. No games they get the job done right!!

Two weeks ago I was a this location. I bought 4 tires and had my truck aligned. Excellent on that front. However, when they delivered the tire pressure sensor light it was on. I asked and they told me it would go away on its own with the mileage. Okay. So I left with peace of mind. Two weeks went by and the light was still on. I called and made appointments when I got to this location. I spoke to the manager and explained. A gay came out with a device that checked the valve stems from the outside. Then they explained to me that there was a bad sensor. That it had to be replaced and that it would arrive in 5 days. I had to pay 125 us. I told him because when I brought my truck, everything was fine and that this happened when the tires were changed. They didn’t answer me at all. You should pay for the sensor and the change…..it seemed like a lack of respect and terrible customer service after I paid more than 1.500us and that was the deal. How terrible.

Such a great team! They checked for the fluid leaking issue that I was having with my car and explained it to me. They didn't charge for their time for taking a look as it was related to transmission and not something they do there.

Shawn Kaufman is hands down the most trusted car shop manager I've ever met in my life. I experienced a rear tire blowout on a trip from CT to NY. Although Coram Firestone shared they didn't carry the brand of tire I needed on my Volvo, Shawn advised me that for safety reasons, "there was no way he was letting me drive back to CT with the spare (a mini donut) I had in my trunk." Shawn went out of his way to locate my specific brand of tire, got it in the shop same day (which even my Volvo dealership couldn't do), and installed it. Shawn definitely has the Coram Firestone team set up like a fine-tuned machine. The work was completed quickly. In the short time I waited; I observed a great deal of professionalism, knowledge, and respect toward incoming clients from Shawn and team. Always great to witness. Thank you Coram Firestone. I will be back.

Outstanding shop and service. I called them up and they gave me a bunch of helpful information on what I was looking to do with my car and tires. I mostly needed a tire rotation and some balance work and they gave me a fantastic price and were able to accommodate me the next day. Sean was really friendly and helpful and just an overall good guy. It was also easy to use my FIRESTONE card even though I didn't have it on hand. It was an easy location to get to. This location was clean and well-maintained. This is my second FIRESTONE service in the past couple months and FIRESTONE is definitely doing a great job with prices, service and convenience.
