βONE OF A KIND! ♥️ Please READ and SUPPORT this business!! I am a mental health professional in a community with significant needs. A high school student, a really kind soul who is academically motivated despite many obstacles, was suddenly without a bed through no fault of her own. I slowly figured out she was sleeping on a wood floor without complaint. I asked around with low expectations and kindness prevailed. Craig, from Atlantis Discount Mattress & Furniture, heard about the student's situation and donated a NEW boxspring, mattress, and bedframe at no cost. FREE. We picked it up in Coram within 24 hours and delivered it to the family. It takes one kind person to listen. Just one kind person to care. And, one kind person to act because they could. Sometimes, random circumstances lead to heartwarming encounters that remind us that love and kindness matter. Craig, you should have seen the look on her face when delivered. All because YOU cared. βI had a great bed for a number of years, that sadly died a very horrible and unexpected death. I went into Mattress Firm on Middle Country Rd and meet Frank. I told him my tale of woe and that I needed a bed ASAP and it needed to be firm because I had just spent a couple hundred bucks on a mattress topper that I was going to continue to use. I was also right upfront in telling him I what my price range was and within the hour I had exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was looking in. Frank, was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in his products. He listened to what my needs were and showed me only what was in my price range, and I can tell you I could not be happier! I had a good night sleep that night and ever since! I really appreciate Frank and the people he works with, I would certainly go back again. Thanks Frank and thank you Mattress Firm!β

βAs mattress/furniture shopping goes, this was honestly one of the best experiences Iβve had in a long time. I donβt normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case.You all know how it normally goes; itβs your day off, your wife drags you out to get a new mattress because her side of the bed is uncomfortable. She tells you how to drive the whole way there but you ignore it, purposely hitting potholes on her side etc.So you shop around for the day and she reminds you gently by screaming at you through an orange road cone like Will Ferrell not to interact with the sales reps. You roll your eyes, like some sort of Robert Downey Jr. meme, agree and you head in.All joking aside though, we walked in and werenβt hounded for a sale. The rep just said if we had any questions heβd be around. I asked the Manager if they had price matching, and they did. (So naturally, to test the theory I looked up the same mattress at Samβs Club near by that was cheaper) Showed the sales rep and they matched the price. Iβll 100% go back to purchase another mattresses for the kids rooms when itβs time and one of these adjustable bed frames that work with the mattress (β¦yes thereβs a massage setting, it sounds made upβ¦but itβs real). If youβre shopping for a mattress, and want a good experience where someone isnβt on your heals trying to sell you the 4000.00 Simmons Serta Perfect Beauty Rest 9000; head to Mattress Firm, because the Manager and Sales Rep are professional, courteous, and work with you to get the best deal. 100% awesome.β

I have always wanted a high end top quality mattress and yesterday I purchased one! The price was in my budget, and I opted to finance it over 24 months, and I have good credit so that process went smoothly. And for a reasonable delivery charge the delivery guys will take away my old king size mattress and box spring!All it all it was a smooth transaction and my new hybrid mattress and metal platform will be delivered tmrw. βthe deer head wall mount is very pretty but the antlers make it top heavy and I was afraid it would turn and slip off the nail, so my husband drilled another hole in it closer to the top to equal out the weight and it's not so top heavy now. Still have to be careful but it's as top heavy as before.β

βWe purchased a beautiful large table for our dining set. Unfortunately the table was defective. Joe took care of the issue immediately and replaced it. Unfortunately the new table was defective as well and Joe once again was there to help us.He gave us a store credit and helped us pick out a different table. βI would like to take a moment and thank the entire team at Cozy Living Furniture. Our sales lady Ann was unbelievably knowledgeable as well as patient. She didn't pressure my fiance and I but instead invested her time into understanding our needs and made recommendations she thought would be best for us. In the end we are beyond excited with what we chose. The two gentlemen that delivered our furniture were incredible as well. Very prompt, courteous, and efficient. They made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and even moved the living room once a different idea popped into my head. I couldn't be more appreciative and grateful for the entire team. You get the feeling they are a family run business from start to finish. I highly recommend them and suggest you give them a shot.
