A high school student, a really kind soul who is academically motivated despite many obstacles, was suddenly without a bed through no fault of her own. I slowly figured out she was sleeping on a wood floor without complaint. I asked around with low expectations and kindness prevailed. Craig, from Atlantis Discount Mattress & Furniture, heard about the student's situation and donated a NEW boxspring, mattress, and bedframe at no cost. FREE. We picked it up in Coram within 24 hours and delivered it to the family. It takes one kind person to listen. Just one kind person to care. And, one kind person to act because they could. Sometimes, random circumstances lead to heartwarming encounters that remind us that love and kindness matter. Craig, you should have seen the look on her face when delivered. All because YOU cared. “We had an incredible experience shopping here! The store is beautiful and very clean. I was greeted at the front door the moment I walked in by the sales associate, Jeffrey. He is very professional, patient (had a newborn with me both times) and helpful. We ended up furnishing pretty much our entire summer house (both indoor and outdoor) with beautiful pieces. Samantha, the store manager, was great and helped us close out the purchase late in the evening. All in all, they knock it out of the park with customer service here and I highly recommend them. We did Round 3 at Ashley Furniture to furnish a number of rooms in our new house. Juana, our sales associate, is EXCEPTIONAL. She was patient going through floor plans and went above and beyond to help pick pieces, coordinate deliveries and much more. I would have never expected such customized care from a “box” store but Juana completely exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, the furniture looks amazing and is great quality. We had a better experience at Ashley then we did at high-end furniture stores in High Point, NC. Kudos to the Ashley Patchogue team.”
“Excellent service from Brianna at the patchogue location. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! She never once pushed us to buy or steered us to a certain mattress. We purchased a great mattress and we requested delivery 3 days after purchase and that was confirmed. Very good experience!! Would absolutely recommend them!”

“the deer head wall mount is very pretty but the antlers make it top heavy and I was afraid it would turn and slip off the nail, so my husband drilled another hole in it closer to the top to equal out the weight and it's not so top heavy now. Still have to be careful but it's as top heavy as before.”
“I recently had a new kitchen installed. Obviously, you need a new table and chairs. I literally searched for 4mo online and in furniture stores to find what I wanted. I knew what I wanted but couldn't find exactly what I wanted. Not sure why I never went to this store? I assumed it'd be like Harrows, overpriced garbage. WELL, I wasted 4mo stressing and searching. I walked in and noticed they carried an amazing brand from Canada, then walked towards the back and saw the exact set I had in my head! Not only was the price great, so I the quality! I always get the extended warranty on big purchases. Since the table was wood and I have kids, it's important. The warranty company is useless, I called and spoke to the salesman Andre that helped me about how disappointed I was with the warranty company. Do you know he was too? He ended up ordering me a new bench and fixed the top of chair that got a scratch from a jean rivet. I will Always recommend this store and Andre as well! Great quality, prices and Service from Andre!”

All thanks to Sharif - He offered us quick delivery with installation and set up at a great discounted price and gave as a peace of mind we are covered in case there are any issues with the order or items. In top of that he is pleasure to work with and very personal.
Oh I almost forgot upon delivery there was one chair with damaged upholstery - Sharif took care of it as promised and we got a new one quickly!

She didn't pressure my fiance and I but instead invested her time into understanding our needs and made recommendations she thought would be best for us.
