Absolutely terrible pharmacy staff here. No matter what time you come, whether it's drive through or in store. Nothing ever ready. There's always an issue! Always a wait. It appears tge staff are mostly very young and unmanaged properly. Unusual alot more goofing around than actually doing their jobs

This has to be the worst CVS on Long Island. Rude employees and THE SLOWEST Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It is an absolute CHORE coming to this store. Can’t go anywhere else though because they’ve put all the small guys out of business.

My husband & i hv been shopping at this location for many yrs, its rite near r home….its very clean, bright & cheerful CVS!!!….ALL ur Sales Petsonnel & Managers r always accomodating!!!….they should b commended for their courteousness & helpfulness!!!!

Smirthi was extremely rude. I spent a significant amount of time at the self checkout trying to get the sale prices to apply and was told by a woman named Smirthi working there that we were “taking up the self checkout” and that it “wasn’t her problem as she was only there until 10”.
This was said at 9:35pm and it wouldn’t have and shouldn’t have been an issue if they had a properly working system and had more than one POS system that takes cash open at any given period of time. I see why this location has a 2 star rating. There is no doubt that i’ll go to Rite-Aid the next time I need to shop at a “convenience” store. I can understand issues with technology, but the way Smirthi acted was completely unacceptable. Don’t close the other cash drawers early and then be surprised that a line builds up if there is an issue with the only self checkout lane still accepting cash.

This is the worst CVS on the planet! They will tell you they haven’t received a script from your doctor every time you come to pick up your medication. The truth is they are not doing their jobs and will tell you anything to get you out of the store. This is a poorly run pharmacy and CVS corperate needs to monitor this place closely.

The Pharmacy is just awful! Nothing ever ready, long lines, no staff and the place is Never clean! The floor has the same dirt and scmutz as it did when I was here last week.

By far the absolute worst!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They never answer their phones and they won't fill a prescription without speaking to a pharmacist. And after going there and waiting for a half hour on line just to ask them to fill your prescription then wait another hour for them to fill it. I have to find a new pharmacy.

I don't understand that they send you notifications to pick up the medicines but when you get here it's not ready and you wait a lot. My God, they are supposed to be ready because you wait so long.

I've been on hold for the Pharmacy for 3 hours. Definitely switching to Walgreens Pharmacy. This is ridiculous!!!

Worst pharmacy to call… people are sick and calling to pharmacy because they got text about insurance and i wanted to call before i head over but the wait to talk to the pharmacist was 45 minutes m… can you believe that… RIDICULOUS

disgusting customer service ,, I hate coming here but this the only pharmacy near me ! Older lady with blonde hair and glasses, giving nasty attitude and before she tried to charge me I asked if she needed to see my insurance and she said no and then tried to charge me $20 I looked at her and said this is why I asked if you needed to see my insurance card . I gave it to her and then she told me to wait 10 minutes and I asked do I wait here she said you can’t hold up the line .. this prescription been in for a week now and they still don’t have it ready .. great way to waste someone’s time , very ridiculous
