I had to return a desk and chair to Amazon. I came from the ups store where the guys are always so nasty. They told me they didn’t have big enough boxes for me and that I had to go to Home Depot to buy them. (I saw big boxes) I said let me try the south shore mailroom and shipping center. Even though they don’t take QR codes, Donna and Melissa did everything they can, multiple prints to try and get a label which they did! They also did everything they can to fit my desk and chair in the boxes and were very generous with them ? thank you guys so much for your help I will always go there for my big returns and always feel so welcomed there.
