“Both Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us switch over to Verizon- we had countless hours of horrible representatives on the phone with Verizon wireless customer support - and Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us. The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Really they put in a big effort!The manger is knowledgeable and quick to fix any kind of phone set up issues- and Omar spent days and hours helping us switch over to Verizon. Both employees were kind, calm and very helpful.(If only Verizon wireless trained their tell sales agents the same!)”

“This is one of my Favorite Verizon store…the owners of the store are really friendly and absolutely helpful.. I was there yesterday 03-09-2023. I had a carrier which i didn’t support e-sim so I came here, I switched up my carrier to Verizon and it was really quick…I got there around 6:30 and couldn’t finish my work before 7 (their closing time) the owner was really very friendly helping me after 7 to.. thank you…highly recommended.”

“I am glad I don't always go by other peoples reviews. I went to thisAT&T store to get a replacement. Screen protector. The sales person, which unfortunately did not get his name was professional, took care of my replacement screen immediately and was very nice. I mentioned that the store did not have a very good yelp review and he explained that the employees are moved from store quite frequently so its hit or miss on which employee you get. I will in the future frequent the stores where a great employee is transferred to and not the store reviews. Hopefully this store will keep their great team if employees.”
