“Shaw has been working on my wife's 2005 Subaru since we moved here last year. Good turn around time and very communicative. He is an honest mechanic that actually knows his stuff. We have spent thousands of dollars in other shops with "mechanics" who didn't know what they were doing and charged us for work that we didn't need. Shaw always knows exactly what is wrong and wont recommend unnecessary work to be done. His prices are good and he warranty's his work on your car. If you're around Amityville/Copiague area I highly recommend that you stop in, even for just an inspection. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. He just inspected my Oldsmobile and I will be returning to him for all work I need done.”

“I love these reviews, " It was the amp, It was a simple fix!" So why not fix it yourself????? I will tell you why, You lack the knowledge, skill and experience to do it. And the other review "If you have a problem with your cars generator" Generator?????? Cars haven't had generators on them since the early 1960's. So unless you brought a classic car to him....wrong again!!! This place is great!! It is a small one lift garage with one owner/mechanic. Is it a fancy place ...no not at all. But he knows what he is doing. If I am stuck and cant fix it myself, First and last place I go is to him.”

My only concern is it was supposed to take a hour and a half. I was there from 9:30 am to 12:50pm. All workers were very nice. They had tons of cars. Maybe they need more techs to get to cars faster.”
