“One of the better Home Depots I've been to.
I'm a retired electrician that's been to them in all 5 boros.
Some places looked sloppy with lazy workers.
This specific Home Depot was very neat & had everything we needed.
One of the workers spent a lot of time with me trying help me find a specific tool for a project.
Also helped my Nephew find what he needed.
The workers in this place seemed happy to work there. They kept the place clean. Which is very important when you're trying to find a device amongst thousands of other devices.
I can safely recommend this Home Depot.
The only caviat was no security in the parking lot which no places really have but all need.
You have to have eyes behind your head when you're out now crime is a big problem everywhere and vagrancy. If they don't get it under control everyone will start ordering stuff online and jobs will be lost. Put some security in the parking lots.”

“We had the pleasure of having John help us this evening when we came in looking for a new washer/dryer combo. He was super helpful, answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. His manager Steve also came over to assist, who was also very friendly and made us feel confident that we received a great product at the best possible price!! Fun fact: We didn’t realize the store closed at 8:00 and they both stayed to finished my transaction without even letting me know that the store was technically closed. When I found out I felt terrible and said “why didn’t you tell me!!” and John said, “when you have guests over, do you kick them out?” I would highly recommend John and Steve at PC Richard in West Babylon. They gave us the VIP experience!!”

“Red’s is the best. I needed a gas dryer for our home the same day since ours gave out. I went to Best Buy (2) & The Home Depot (2) and neither of them had any models to take home same-day. I found Red’s on Google and I got a great deal (cheaper that the others) and was in and out within 10 minutes. The BEST part? It’s the matching set to our Samsung washer machine. Two weeks in and it works phenomenally well! 5/5”
“New self check out is such an improvement, otherwise it's ikea, great for the misc furniture needs. Location is great on 106\\107 easy access to highways and other shopping. Parking lot can get a little crazy tho”

“JAY'S APPLIANCE DELIVERS WITH EXCELLENCE!Yesterday afternoon 9/21/2023, I called Jay's to see if they could get a GE washer not listed on their website?Our washer took it's last breath that morning. Madelyn at Jay's answered the phone. I gave her the GE model I was looking for, and she checked to see if she could get it for me. Madelyn told me she could have it delivered the next day, the price I was given with delivery, install and removal of the old washer, which also included a new stainless steel hose setup was excellent!This morning at 7:10am I received a call from the delivery service saying the washer would be delivered between 8am-12pm, at 8:55am I received another call from the delivery service saying the truck will be at my house within the next 30 minutes. At 9:20am, the delivery truck was outside my door.My honey and I were worried the men would have a problem taking out and bringing in the new washer and installing it in the basement for us, another big concern we had was the men scratching up our new wood floors making this delivery. We are very happy to say ALL went very well, the two delivery men were true professionals, they knew exactly what and how to do everything with ease! This was our first time buying at Jay's Appliance, and because I knew what I was looking for, buying from my armchair was a breeze to do! “Duravac were great! We had a DIY installation that went bad from the previous owner and Mike and his crew came in and installed a brand new unit as well as the Hide a hose setup (only way to go). They were professional and extremely easy to work with while we sorted out the mess we had from the previous system. If you’re on the fence about hide a hose vs traditional ports - go hide a hose and…CALL MIKE. 5 out of 5 for Mike and his crew.”

“I have had great experiences working with RTV for multiple appliance repairs. They are honest, transparent and upfront about what is involved in any repair. The owner, Andrew, is an exceptional technician and incredibly knowledgeable in the trade. Sometimes the initial attempt at a repair are not always “the fix” but RTV has always followed through and ultimately resolved the issue. I’ve realized that appliances today are far more complicated than machines from 20 years ago and I am glad to have a company like RTV that I can call for help whenever I need them.”

“I just purchased a GE refigerator from the Bayside, NY, location and the salesman, Louis, and the delivery team (I wish I had asked their names) were excellent. Once purchased I received emails immediately from Louis with receipts and delivery times. The fridge was delivered in a few days and I received the fridge within the promised 3-hour delivery window. Both delivery men were very professional and careful negotiating the fridge up the 3rd floor walk up. Kudos to PC Richard for a great experince. I will be going back to this location in the futire.”
