We needed our truck to be towed. USAA's Roadside Assist and AAA's towing did not provide a vendor/truck within forty minutes. It could be that they are great in different areas. But in southwestern Massachusetts, they were for all intents and purposes, non-existent. Called Jim's. The phone was answered on the second ring. After agreeing to the cost for towing and providing my location, a drive-up/on-bed tow truck arrived within thirty minutes. The price for such a premium service was fair and the driver was an absolute gentleman. I would call this company in a heartbeat. In fact, I will go to them for some auto body work that I need to have done. In terms of growing and maintaining a business, professionalism is the best advertising. Thank you, YELP for listing this company.

Had an issue while traveling of random vibration coming from a wheel. Jim said come on in and we’ll take care of you. Jim quickly got my car on the rack, figured out the issue, and resolved it for me all while I was able to have some puppy therapy with Milly (pictures) in the shop. Would absolutely come back and recommend to anyone who needs an auto body. Genuine people running a genuine American auto body shop that I would trust any day.

GREAT towing services. Our car was in bad shape and we were stranded. Bub from Jim’s Auto Body showed up quickly. Bub loaded our car up with great care. Very reliable and trustworthy! Thank you!

Our rental car broke down. We were stranded in a town we had never been to and Bub from Jim's Auto Body showed up quickly and took care of our un-drivable car. He loaded it up on the tow truck with great care and delivered it to the destination. If I was local, I'd use them again when I needed towing services. Thank you Bub!

Our car sprung a gas leak while we were camping at Lake Taghkanic and we needed emergency repair Saturday evening to Sunday and Jim was there for us and got it done! The fuel pump had gone bad and he showed us the rusted part that he replaced. He even helped get us a ride back to our camp once we dropped it off.
