This country farm house is located in a small town. This place is an action house. We came to see the antique bikes and swap/meet. They also have auction now in live feed. They also auction all sort of things through the year. We came to see the bike ( big wheeled bikes). The road trip getting up here is 2 hrs from nyc and has great scenery.

Don't buy from this outfit unless you can pick up items locally. Complete hacks. I should have researched them better but once in awhile you get lax. They make the sale then forget about the customer. The shipper they use could possibly even be giving them kick backs. Horrible

I've personally have been involved with Copake Auction for over 20 years, both buying and selling. Mike and Seth Fallon are extremely honest and experienced in all facets of antiquities, especially, antique and vintage bicycles. The whole crew, Evan, James and Jacqueline have always been great. I have and will continue to be a part of this auction house. More family than a business!

This company posted their auction on LiveAuctioneers as being in Auburn, NY. Unfortunately, I'm not psychic or familiar with the company and there was no address listed to prove the company was just joking around and it is actually in Hudson. This is the only time I've ever/since seen an auction company mislabel their auction on this widely used auction site. I called their house immediately after the auction and the elderly male that answered said basically no we're not in auburn we're in Hudson area. Zero apology. As I explained how much of a problem this now was for me because I'm going to have to do expensive shipping instead of just pick up as I rightfully expected. Again zero apology, instead, This guy just launches into a story about some woman in Georgia who refused to pay him. Bear in mind I never refused to pay I was asking questions. Upon hanging up he was actually chuckling at my misfortune. Can you imagine someone running a business and taking that amount of glee in screwing customers over?? We received the item three weeks later. And instead of the original $10 the cost of the experience was about $80 and a bunch of stress tax. Their recommended UPS shipped was a nightmare. Big surprise. We have great relationships with every other auction house we've used (some in Hudson) so we know they don't have to be this unprofessional and just downright mean. Literally just a heartfelt apology and kind words could have gone a huge way to easing the extra cost we were going to have to pay. If they are capable of doing this imagine what else they get away with.
