I stopped in for a commemorative bat for my son, and we were on a bit of a time crunch. They got the job done in plenty of time, and even let my son and me watch as our bat got engraved. We were more than just customers to them; we were like old friends just hanging out. These guys understand how sentimental and meaningful their work is to their customers, and they made sure we had an unforgettable experience to go along with our bat purchase.

We visited Cooperstown and stopped here. Bought a baseball bat for our nephew engraved with his name. I thought reasonably priced and they shipped to us. We asked not so ship until we got home and it was delivered the exact day they said it would. Very pleased and the staff was so helpful.

Had to order by mail after we left Cooperstown. Communication was quick & informative. They gave clear directions on what was needed. We sent the ball to them to engrave. Once received, they quickly gave an invoice and the order was completed within 1-2 days. It was shipped back out within the next day. Order was received as requested shipped in bubble wrap and perfect. Thank you for completing our final Cooperstown memorabilia!

I contacted WIAB on 7/14 to order 11 custom bats for a Midyear Retreat for my client. I expressed that I needed the order to be received at the location by 7/21 and they were able to my entire order completed by 7/15 and have it delivered on 7/19!I am blown away by the customer service I received from Bruce and his associates and will definitely be using them again! I am a very satisfied customer!

Bruce and team did a perfect job engraving a custom baseball (this after a less professional place I tried did such a bad job they ruined a ball). Ball looks great, price was very fair and they got it to me in about 5 days. And they were very helpful and flexible. I will not go anywhere else than WIAB.
